Gregg Fisher, Central California Sales Manager Born and raised in Fresno, Gregg is passionate about addressing the Central Valley ’s growing energy needs.  With a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Fresno State, Gregg uses his sales and marketing skills to offer turn-key solar energy solutions.

Les Kangas, Senior Solar Energy Consultant, San Luis Obispo Les brings over 25 years of international business, management, and business development experience to the REC Solar team.  He is a business graduate from California State University in Los Angeles and was inspired to work in the renewable energy industry after seeing the movie "An Inconvenient Truth".  He feels very strongly about working for an organization that can help people and the environment, and after meeting with three solar companies, he chose REC Solar.  Les is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Sierra Club, CCVT, and the C5 Coalition.

Chris Dabney, Solar Energy Consultant, Santa Barbara                                                                                      Chris came to REC Solar over a year ago after having just graduated from San Juan College with a degree in Renewable Energy. His first ten months with REC were spent on the implementation side of the job while quickly moving onto the engineering team. Chris was then moved from engineering to the sales team because of his strong understanding solar and his charming demeanor. Chris now leads the sales presence in the Santa Barbara area where he works with many community organizations to bring solar to the main stream.  In his free time, Chris enjoys surfing, diving, sailing, backpacking/hiking and fishing.

Jeff Rudd, Operations Manager Jeff Rudd is the Operations Manager for the Central Coast.  He attended the IBEW Union Apprenticeship for 5 years and is a Certified Journeyman.  Jeff worked in the Commercial and Industrial contracting field for years and also worked at PG&E’s Diablo Canyon for some time.  Jeff was ready for a change and wanted to focus his time and energy on maintaining, rather than consuming by building new things.  In 2003 Jeff was hired on with REC Solar as an electrician and has been able to be a part of one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.  Jeff’s goal at REC Solar is to install as much solar electricity as we can to help others reduce their carbon footprint.
