’s growing energy needs. With a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Fresno State, Gregg uses his sales and marketing skills to offer turn-key solar energy solutions.

 Les Kangas, Senior Solar Energy Consultant, San Luis Obispo
Les brings over 25 years of international business, management, and business development experience to the REC Solar team. He is a business graduate from California State University in Los Angeles and was inspired to work in the renewable energy industry after seeing the movie "An Inconvenient Truth". He feels very strongly about working for an organization that can help people and the environment, and after meeting with three solar companies, he chose REC Solar. Les is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Sierra Club, CCVT, and the C5 Coalition.

Martin Van Enoo, Solar Energy Consultant, Santa Barbara and San Ynez Valley
Martin has a degree in International Business from San Jose State University. After 15 years of living and working in Europe, Martin brings back a strong international perspective to business. During his time abroad, Martin sold and rented energy efficient building solutions in Germany, Holland, Belgium, and France. Martin fuels his passion for preserving the environment by working in the PV industry. “The time has finally arrived where solar energy is the right thing to do environmentally and makes economic sense as well.” Martin says. |

 Kristin Dennis, South Coast Regional Sales & Marketing Specialist
Kristin’s career began working for the San Luis Obispo Downtown Association as the Promotions Director. In this position she promoted and managed all Downtown events including the world-famous Farmers’ Market, Concerts in the Plaza and Holiday Parade. During her time with the Downtown Association, Kristin was very involved with local politics and worked closely with 120+ Downtown businesses. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Kristin has lived on the
Central
Coast
for over 10 years and her community connections and love for the local environment inspire her help in bringing solar to the mainstream.

 Jeff Rudd, Operations Manager
Jeff Rudd is the Operations Manager for the Central Coast. He attended the IBEW Union Apprenticeship for 5 years and is a Certified Journeyman. Jeff worked in the Commercial and Industrial contracting field for years and also worked at PG&E’s Diablo Canyon for some time. Jeff was ready for a change and wanted to focus his time and energy on maintaining, rather than consuming by building new things. In 2003 Jeff was hired on with REC Solar as an electrician and has been able to be a part of one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. Jeff’s goal at REC Solar is to install as much solar electricity as we can to help others reduce their carbon footprint.
