Cary's passion for promoting sustainable business practices that make financial sense has led him into a career in solar energy. Cary brings years of experience as an investment manager, stockbroker at SmithBarney in Chicago, and trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Having graduated from Colorado State University and as an active member of Sierra Club and SEI (Solar Energy International), Cary found his balance for business & environmental preservation in Boulder.

 T.J. Slocum, Solar Energy Consultant, Denver
T.J. brings seven years of experience working with local and national non-profits, which include Sierra Business Council, United States Public Interest Group, and Sierra Club. T.J. left a sales management career in California for the opportunity to work in the renewable energy industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University.

 Jeff Martin, Solar Energy Consultant, Denver
Jeff returned to Colorado in 2007 after receiving both an MBA and an MS from the University of Michigan. As a student within the university’s Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise, Jeff focused his education and professional development on alternative energy, green building, and sustainability-related business strategies. A graduate of Duke University with an undergraduate degree in environmental engineering, Jeff spent the first two years of his professional life as a consulting environmental engineer before moving to Colorado in 2001 to become Director of Operations for a Boulder-based adventure travel company. He has also worked in Colorado as an energy analyst for Western Resource Advocates and as a crew-leader for the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative.

 Stephanie Andelman, Colorado Sales & Marketing Specialist
Stephanie began her career working in research and outreach for environmental non-profits, such as Citizen's Clearinghouse for Hazardous Wastes, Earthwatch, and Institute for Local Self Reliance. After a stint with Major League Soccer, she settled into the digital music industry, managing distribution partnerships for Rhapsody and Napster. While consulting for early stage start-ups, from her home in Eldora, CO, she decided to apply her environmental, local, and technology interests in the solar industry. Graduating in science from the University of Michigan, Stephanie spends time outdoors as a Colorado Mountain Club Hutmaster, a Board Member of the Nederland Sustainability Project, and a ski instructor.
