Maxwell Dworkin, Southern California Sales Manager Max brings three years of work experience at one of the country’s largest homebuilders to the innovative team at REC Solar.  A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Max earned a bachelors and masters degree from the College of Business.  Max adds structure, efficiency and focus to the team.  Outside of work he enjoys surfing, traveling, music, bocce ball, furniture design, and outdoor activities.

Phil Baltazar, Solar Energy Consultant, Orange County Born and raised in Orange County, Phil found his way back to sunny southern California after receiving a degree in Communications from Colorado University at Boulder.  He has spent his post graduate time working as a sales consultant in Utah and for Gallo Wine Company in Brentwood, California.  Phil became very interested in renewable energy and sustainable building designs and is now excited to share his knowledge with local OC residents.  "My hope is to help people take advantage of the great solar incentives available through rebates, tax credits, and financing options," says Phil.  "It's a thrill for me to offer renewable energy solutions, one house and business at a time."

Daniel Burtt, Solar Energy Consultant, Los Angeles County Born and raised in Detroit, Dan was promoted to positions that moved him west within the machine tool industry landing him in California in 1999.  Having been raised in “The Motor City”, an area greatly responsible for fossil fuel pollution, Dan became keenly aware of pollution and its impact on the world at a young age.  In 2006, Dan was asked to join the solar industry after spending the previous 5-years as a business consultant.  Dan accepted because he realized that he can help people in Los Angeles who feel they pay more than they need to for electricity, and want to do something about cleaning up our air.  Dan has a degree in Public Relations from Western Michigan University.

Josh Price, Operations Manager Josh Price is the Operations Manager for San Diego and Orange County.    He graduated from Cal Poly in 2003 with a Construction Management degree and a minor in Business.  Before starting with REC he worked for a national builder as a Project Manager of high-end homes.  He now lives in La Jolla with his wife Lisa.  Josh is happy to be doing his part in reducing our dependency on fossil fuels.
