Max brings three years of work experience at one of the country’s largest homebuilders to the innovative team at REC Solar. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Max earned a bachelors and masters degree from the College of Business. Max adds structure, efficiency and focus to the team. Outside of work he enjoys surfing, traveling, music, bocce ball, furniture design, and outdoor activities.

 Michael Lind, Senior Solar Energy Consultant, Ventura County
Michael dedicates himself to advancing solar legislation through his work with local, state and national organizations. He has been published in the Ojai Valley Voice, Ojai Valley News, Pacific Coast Business Times, Ventura County Reporter, Ventura Star Free Press, and the Los Angeles Times. He is an Ambassador with the Ventura Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of the Ojai Chamber Business Referral Group, member of the Environmental Committee of the Ojai Chamber of Commerce, and Ventura County Green Building Council. Outside of work, Michael is a member of the Santa Barbara Blues Society.

John McRae is our Solar Energy Consultant based in the Santa Clarita, California. John is driven by his strong belief for the need of renewable energy. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, John earned a bachelors and masters degree from the College of Business. Outside of work he enjoys riding motorcycles and exercising. John is proud to help the residents of Santa Clarita find relief from the extremely high electrical rates.
