Your land or rooftop is a good fit for leasing?

Leasing your land or large rooftop curbs carbon emissions and helps to ensure guaranteed revenue and property ownership for future generations.

Land leasing

Your property may be a good fit for land leasing if it meets the following criteria:

  • 20+ acres and free of immovable structures (like houses, barns, etc.)
  • Has direct access to public roads
  • Not bound by wetlands
  • Adjacent to utility lines or near substations
  • Located in California and Hawaii

Rooftop leasing

Your property may be a good fit for rooftop leasing if it meets the following criteria:

  • 100,000 square feet or more
  • Minimal obstructions on the roof
  • Roof age of five years or less (or plans to reroof)
