Lukas Sheild
In addition to 20+ years of construction experience in Hawaii, Lukas has 25+ years of project and program management experience and 10+ years of experience in renewables. From development to commissioning, he has managed public and private sector microgrids, battery and solar projects of commercial, industrial and utility-scale. In his free time, Lukas enjoys building, camping, surfing and hiking with his family.
Nathan Sparks
Hawaii-based business development specialist and account manager with over 15 years of technical sales experience in both the private and government sectors. Responsible for developing behind-the-meter business opportunities within the Hawaii commercial markets, including Solar, BESS and Microgrid installations. Favorite hobbies are hiking, surfing, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Lori Larrison
Born and raised on the east side of O’ahu, Lori has spent most of her career in the construction industry, with a focus on solar for over five years. At REC Solar, Lori supports the project development and delivery of commercial PV systems. During her free time, you can find Lori at the beach, chasing waves with the ‘ohana and her beautiful boxer pup.
