Lukas Sheild
In addition to 20+ years of construction experience in Hawaii, Lukas has 25+ years of project and program management experience and 10+ years of experience in renewables. From development to commissioning, he has managed public and private sector microgrids, battery and solar projects of commercial, industrial and utility-scale. In his free time, Lukas enjoys building, camping, surfing and hiking with his family.
Angel Lozano
With 14 years of experience at REC Solar — and six years of experience on REC Solar’s Hawaii team — Angel brings a strategic and results-driven mindset to his role as project manager. With a background in city planning and a love for executive complex initiatives from conception to successful completion, Angel is driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. In his free time, Angel enjoys hiking, kickboxing, woodworking and caring for his chickens and cats at his homestead.
